Blogs in the Liblog Landscape

Walt Crawford has posted his list of 607 library-related blogs (this one included).  This is as definitive and current a list as one is likely to find, and Walt has done an excellent job compiling and checking the links.

If you cannot get your fill of library blogging from this source, then you are more hard core than I.

  1. Thanks for the mention. One note: There are absolutely dead links on that list–I think there are seven blogs that simply disappeared over the course of the study, but are still listed with their last known URL.

And, based on past history, the URLs will age badly: I’d guess 10% of them will be wrong in another six months, as people migrate to WordPress or get their own domains or whatever (and as a few people change blog names or drop their blogs entirely).
