Jessamyn on WorldCat

I referred to Jessamyn West in a previous post, but this is an excellent example of why I have been reading her blog for years, and expect to do so for years to come.

I am a big fan of OCLC and much of what they do. The potential of WorldCat is incredible, and I have used it on a regular basis for many years, and will likely use it much more now that they have opened it to the general web. There is much yet to be accomplished, however, and they will hopefully find their balance between inclusion, service, and partnerships in an effective manner.

Jessamyn’s post says it wonderfully… read it, and keep on reading her (but don’t stop reading me 😉 )
